STUDIO ALICE Co.,Ltd. and certified NPO Charity Santa collaborated to provide Shichi-Go-San photography experiences free of charge to 500 families facing financial hardship nationwide. The program was implemented in July-August 2026.
STUDIO ALICE Co.,Ltd. collaborated with certified NPO Charity Santa on a support program providing Shichi-Go-San photography experiences to families facing financial hardship nationwide. Eligible households were those receiving assistance with living expenses or education expenses. The experience was provided as a special package including costume rental, dressing, hair styling, design photos, and 3 digital images.
The experiences took place from July to August 2026, with support delivered to a total of 500 families nationwide. The initiative aims to eliminate disparities in access to special occasions by preserving the opportunity to celebrate Shichi-Go-San through photographs and experiences.
A survey conducted after the experiences found that many applicant families said they would have been unable to hold a Shichi-Go-San celebration without the support, while almost all parents said they wanted to look back at the photographs with their families in the future. These experiences also highlighted the value of creating opportunities for children’s growth to be celebrated by those around them.
STUDIO ALICE Co.,Ltd. has indicated that it will continue creating commemorative photographs that support families at important milestones, guided by its policy that "photographs are treasures for the future."
