Denka announced that it had been selected as a company with significant improvement in information disclosure in the Securities Analysts Association of Japan’s FY2026 Disclosure Excellence Selection. The assessment covered information disclosure activities from July 2025 through June 2026.
The assessment covered five areas, including management’s IR stance, the functions of the IR department, the fairness of information disclosure at briefings, disclosure of ESG-related information and voluntary disclosure.
Denka was recognised for clearly communicating its policies through active IR activities by management, management briefings and meetings with small groups of investors. Initiatives such as enhancing the integrated report and organising plant tours were also factors in the assessment. The company said it would deepen two-way communication with investors and analysts.
