Excelitas has announced VeriCure Lite, a new addition to the VeriCure series, and will begin sales in the Japanese market. The product is being introduced as a UV LED curing solution for applications including wide-format printing and industrial uses.
Excelitas has launched VeriCure Lite, a new product in its VeriCure series. The launch expands the company’s VeriCure lineup, with sales also scheduled to begin through its Japanese subsidiary, Excelitas Noblelight Japan.
VeriCure Lite is designed for a wide range of manufacturing applications, including wide-format printing, industrial coatings, wood processing, metal coatings and flooring. It is positioned as a cost-effective solution offering highly consistent curing quality while reducing energy consumption and total costs.
Building on the proven technology of previous models, VeriCure Lite is designed to facilitate on-site installation. Its UV output is approximately half that of the standard model, while it retains durability, advanced control functions and system integration capabilities. It is available in 5 curing widths: 750mm, 900mm, 1050mm, 1200mm and 1350mm.
The product will be rolled out in the Japanese market through the company’s local subsidiary, enabling customers to configure the optimal LED curing system according to their applications and budgets, the company said.
