札幌みその will introduce abura soba made with thick noodles and a soy-based sauce enriched with pork back fat for a limited time. The toppings include diced chashu pork, menma, wood ear mushrooms and green onions, accompanied by a soft-boiled egg to bring the textures and flavors together. Customers can also enjoy varying the flavor by adding vinegar, chili oil or mayonnaise.
Sales will begin on Wednesday, 7 October 2026, and the dish will be available at all locations. Prices include ¥982 (¥1,080 incl. tax) for regular, ¥1,073 (¥1,180 incl. tax) for medium and ¥1,164 (¥1,280 incl. tax) for large, with prices for spicy abura soba also listed.
