At a WORKMAN presentation held in Tokyo, Takei So (武井壮) revealed his 24-hour sleep routine. A new commercial for MEDiHEAL COSMOS and new apparel products were also unveiled, and Noguchi Soichi (野口聡一) joined as an ambassador.
The presentation saw the first unveiling of the new MEDiHEAL COSMOS recovery wear product, as well as new commercials for business suits and active workwear. Takei So (武井壮), Yoshida Saori (吉田沙保里) and Noguchi Soichi (野口聡一) appeared on stage and presented their daily routines in 24-hour charts.
Takei So (武井壮) slept for 75–90 minutes from 12:45 a.m., then slept for another 90 minutes from 4:30 a.m. before getting up. He explained that his schedule then included a 45-minute nap from 12:30 p.m., along with meetings, training and dinner engagements.
Yoshida Saori (吉田沙保里) was surprised by his sleep duration, asking, “Isn’t that too short?” Noguchi Soichi (野口聡一) also responded to a question framing Takei So’s (武井壮) lack of nighttime sleep as a reflection of his personality. Takei explained his habit of watching films while incorporating acting practice.
During the latter half of the event, Takei So (武井壮) was tackled by Yoshida Saori (吉田沙保里), prompting comments from the audience praising her high level of technique.
