The new Cross Link Carrier for the Honda CB400SF/SB has been launched. Patent pending, it supports load carrying with 3 dedicated mounting options. It uses a high-strength top plate made of fiber-reinforced plastic and offers a maximum load capacity of 5 kg.
The Cross Link Carrier, compatible with 2014–2021 CB400SF/SB models, has been announced. The base is made of fiber-reinforced plastic, the supports are steel, and the top plate features a proprietary mounting mechanism. The pre-tax price is ¥19,800 (including tax).
The maximum load weight is set at 5 kg. Key features include a high-strength top plate that facilitates the installation of HenlyBegins Easy Ring Belts, GIVI Monolock top cases and Tanklock systems. Drainage holes and rubber bolt-cap covers to prevent water ingress are also included. The top plate offers 3 dedicated mounting options.
One is designed to simplify centering when using an Easy Ring Belt. The center ring fits into the center of the carrier, also helping prevent the belt from coming off. Another option consists of dedicated bolt holes compatible with the universal base plate for GIVI Monolock cases; 4 M6 nuts are required separately. The third uses a BF01 attachment and provides dedicated bolt holes for installing a GIVI Tanklock system.
