RIDE ON EXPRESS HOLDINGS changed its full-year earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 to undecided after the close on 29 October. Operations of the official websites and apps for Gin no Sara, Kamatora and Sushi Joto have been suspended due to server problems, and the company withdrew its published forecast, stating that it cannot currently make a reasonable estimate for the full year.
RIDE ON EXPRESS HOLDINGS announced that its full-year consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 would be left undecided. On the same day as the announcement, it withdrew its previous forecast and indicated that it would reassess the outlook.
The company cited the suspension of operations across some order channels, including those of its consolidated subsidiaries, based on the notices titled “Notice Regarding the Occurrence of a System Failure” and “Apology and Notice Regarding the Possibility of Personal Information Leakage Due to a Cyberattack,” both released on 13 October 2026.
Orders are currently continuing through delivery channels, but disclosure of the full-year forecast will be deferred until the company can assess the restoration status of the official website and order trends and reasonably estimate the impact on earnings.
No specific figures have been disclosed for the revised current-year earnings forecast, although the previous forecast included figures such as revenue for the fiscal year ending March 2027. The company said it would disclose an earnings forecast promptly once the restoration status of the official website has stabilised.
