SERAKU's large shareholding disclosures have been updated. While the holding ratio of an individual shareholder has increased, multiple changes in institutional investors' holdings have also been reported.
According to the Large Shareholding Report dated 30 September 2026, an individual shareholder increased its holding ratio to 8.03%, bringing the number of shares held to 1,090,300. This resulted in a change in the composition of individual shareholdings.
In a Change Report dated 23 June 2026, Fidelity Management and Research Company LLC increased its holding ratio to 2.18%, bringing the number of shares held to 298,900.
On the same date, a correction filed by FMR LLC put its holding ratio at 6.59%, with 903,401 shares held. Earlier, on 9 June, a correction filed by FMR LLC put its holding ratio at 5.13%.
On the same date, a Large Shareholding Report filed by Fidelity Management and Research Company LLC showed that its holding ratio had increased to 1.56%, with 213,500 shares held. These changes have been recorded as movements in SERAKU's shareholder composition.
