ZENRIN announced that it will launch まっちず, a real estate B2B matching service, on 1 October 2026. The new service is designed to improve operational efficiency for both buyers and sellers, and is intended to create business meeting opportunities based on buyers’ purchasing needs.
Under まっちず, buyers publish details of their purchasing needs, including their desired area, budget, intended use and floor area, while sellers can directly propose business meetings concerning properties that meet those criteria. Whereas conventional distribution has centered on property information, the service aims to improve efficiency by creating points of contact based on buyers’ needs.
ZENRIN cited the fact that buyers in the real estate sector often spend considerable time searching for suitable land for business use, while sellers also frequently face difficulties in carrying out advertising activities, as part of the background to the development. ZENRIN said it developed the new service to connect buyers’ needs by drawing on its expertise in GIS-based real estate information.
