TCV, the Vietnamese subsidiary of Rengo subsidiary Takigawa Corporation Japan, began operations at its second plant in Ho Chi Minh City on 5 October. The plant aims to expand production of flexible packaging products for pet food and improve productivity.
Takigawa Corporation Vietnam (TCV), located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, began operations at its second plant. Built near the existing plant, the second plant is intended to expand production of flexible packaging products, particularly for pet food, and improve manufacturing efficiency.
The site covers 21,000 square metres and has a total floor area of 11,000 square metres. Its main equipment includes 3 blown-film production lines. TCV's film production equipment, including the new equipment, will be consolidated at the second plant.
The Takigawa Group is strengthening its flexible packaging production capabilities. In September 2025, TCJ began operations at a new automated warehouse building. Together with the second plant, this will expand the supply chain from manufacturing through storage.
The Rengo Group operates its flexible packaging business in Japan and overseas. Through the opening of the second plant, it will strengthen its global supply system for flexible packaging products.
