Okuraya Jutaku and Nihon Housing have entered into a business alliance, aiming to create new business opportunities by leveraging their strengths in condominium management and the sale and purchase of existing condominiums. The alliance will formally begin on 1 October 2026.
Okuraya Jutaku Co., Ltd. and Nihon Housing Co., Ltd. have entered into a business alliance agreement and will begin working together on 1 October 2026. The 2 companies will combine the strengths they have developed in condominium management and the sale and purchase of existing condominiums to respond broadly to customer needs, including consultations on property sales.
Under the alliance, the 2 companies will cooperate by applying their respective expertise to real estate consultations from customers of properties managed by Nihon Housing. Okuraya Jutaku will make proposals concerning real estate transactions, including sales brokerage and purchases, while Nihon Housing will use its customer contacts through its managed properties.
The alliance is expected to create new customer touchpoints and expand business opportunities related to the sale and purchase of existing condominiums. The company is scheduled to celebrate its 45th anniversary in November 2027 and will work through corporate collaboration to address a wide range of housing-related needs.
Okuraya Jutaku focuses on the existing-homes market in the Tokyo metropolitan area, particularly the sale and purchase and renovation of condominiums, and has exceeded 120,000 cumulative contracts (based on data as of March 2026).
