Minokuni (Utsukushi no Kuni) is marking the 20th anniversary of its launch, and the company has prepared the Minokuni 20th Anniversary Special Set in a limited-edition package. The set allows customers to compare aged white loin ham and aged smoked loin ham, and has a suggested retail price of ¥5,400 including tax.
Alongside the set, the company introduced products featuring a moist, tender texture achieved through sous vide cooking and emphasized the use of raw meat sourced from Hokkaido.
