An announcement of a new program exploring how to turn AI and DX strategies into action on the ground. Through case studies from Sugi Pharmacy and Yanmar Holdings, the program will discuss the conditions needed to build organizations capable of execution.
As many companies increase their investment in AI and DX, a significant number draw up strategies but fail to carry them through to execution. Factors cited as creating this gap include barriers between departments, a disconnect between management and the front line, and a shortage of personnel capable of execution. Whether a strategy leads to execution and results is said to depend on the organization’s systems.
The program will bring together practitioners from leading companies and experts to discuss the keys to turning AI and DX initiatives into results, the differences between companies that successfully execute their strategies and those that do not, and how to build organizations that deliver results. Speakers include representatives from Sugi Pharmacy and Yanmar Holdings, a consultant and an academic.
The program will be streamed from 13:00 on 9 October 2026. Viewing is free, but advance registration is required. The program is titled “戦略実行ノヘヤ,” and the speakers will include Kagami Shigeo (各務茂雄), Okuyama Hiroshi (奥山博史), Funatsu Ryuta (船津龍太), Iriyama Akie (入山章栄) and Tanaka Izumi (田中泉).
