A CRE strategy seminar will be held online. Each session will run from 13:00 to 14:00 on 28 October, 5 November and 13 November, with Nakamura Shingo (中村伸吾) as a special guest. The seminar will explain CRE strategies with a focus on compliance and risk management.
Property Data Bank,Inc. will host a free online seminar, "CRE Strategy from a Compliance Perspective | Key Points Affecting Real Estate Value and Management Decisions," from 13:00 to 14:00 on Wednesday, 28 October, Thursday, 5 November and Friday, 13 November 2026.
Part 1 will be a keynote address by Nakamura Shingo (中村伸吾), Senior Consultant in the Real Estate Risk Solutions Department of SOMPO Risk Management Inc., covering compliance risks inherent in corporate real estate, investigation methods and the three principles. In Part 2, Hanada Satoshi (花田智) of Property Data Bank,Inc. will provide practical guidance on CRE risk management and the importance of centralized real estate information management.
The seminar will organize the current state of site management, including factories, warehouses and regional facilities, as well as the importance of legal compliance, and provide a perspective linking these issues to CRE strategy by translating them into management terms such as fair value, impairment and capital efficiency.
Attendance is free and requires advance registration. The seminar will be held online and the same content will be presented three times.
The purpose of the seminar is to share specific examples of the impact of compliance risks on real estate value and management decisions, and to connect them to the practical application of due diligence and asset valuation.
