Tomica's adult-oriented multistory parking garage, "Automated tomica PARKING with showroom," has been launched and sold out on the official online mall despite its ¥41,800 price. The tower-style parking garage accommodates 24 vehicles in total, combining 23 parking spaces with 1 dealer space.
TOMY COMPANY,LTD. has launched the new adult-oriented product "Automated tomica PARKING with showroom." Initial sales have been strong, with the product confirmed sold out on the official online shopping site, "Takara Tomy Mall."
The parking section has parking floors on the third through fifth floors, while the first and second floors serve as dealer showroom floors, with an elevator installed in the centre. The structure can accommodate a total of 24 Tomica vehicles.
Parking and retrieval are automated, the entrance door opens and closes automatically, and the elevator moves up and down while rotating 360 degrees. Remote-controlled entry and retrieval have also been made possible for the first time.
As a lighting feature, the product includes a light show using LEDs in 6 colours, with 10 lighting patterns to enjoy. Suggestions are also provided for viewing the display with the room darkened.
