トライアイズ revised its ordinary income forecast for the current fiscal year upward to a profit after the market close on 31 August, raising its second-half earnings outlook. The increase in revenue from its real estate investment business also led to an upward revision to full-year net income.
On 31 August, トライアイズ announced that it had revised its ordinary income forecast for the current fiscal year upward from the previously forecast loss to a profit, and increased its forecast for consolidated second-half ordinary income to approximately 2.2 times the previous forecast.
Under the revised second-half forecast, revenue is expected to be ¥1,992 million, ordinary income ¥92 million and net income ¥105 million. The revised forecast for EPS is ¥12.7, while the dividend is ¥5.
The full-year forecast for the current fiscal year has been revised upward to revenue of ¥2,458 million, ordinary income of ¥46 million and net income of ¥242 million. EPS is expected to be ¥29.4 and the dividend ¥5.
The company said the revisions reflect higher revenue from its real estate investment business, based on the assumed sale of properties held for sale. It also explained that the results were affected by compensation payments and other items recorded as extraordinary gains.
