マップル has been certified as an 「RICOH kintone plus Official Partner」 and has begun providing the 「MAPPLE Map Plugin for kintone」 for use with RICOH kintone plus. The map-display functionality will support DX initiatives in the field.
マップル, a subsidiary of 昭文社ホールディングス, has received certification allowing its 「MAPPLE Map Plugin for kintone」 to be used with RICOH's 「RICOH kintone plus」 service. This makes it possible to visualise address data on maps and is expected to support more efficient field management and optimised sales visits.
「RICOH kintone plus」 is a cloud service that adds Ricoh's proprietary functions to kintone. Its features include integration for scanning and importing paper documents. This certification establishes a framework for using マップル's map plugin on the service.
The benefits of using maps include visualising the geographic distribution of customer and property data, optimising visit plans, drawing shapes for field areas, and identifying disaster risks by overlaying local-government hazard maps.
An exhibition at Cybozu Days Japan 2026 has also been announced. Demonstrations and operational consultations will be available at the exhibition booth, along with information on using the map plugin and Kintone plus.
