Osaka Kaisei Gakuen High School decided to appoint a principal from among 603 applicants through en Inc.'s Social Impact Recruitment Project. The appointment is scheduled to take effect on 1 April 2027.
The project was conducted in December 2025, attracting 603 applications, and a principal was selected. Ikenouchi (池野内), currently the vice principal, is scheduled to take office as the appointee, and a comment from the school's senior managing director has been published.
The senior managing director of Osaka Kaisei Gakuen High School stressed that the value of a school lies in its people and that the school is seeking talent who can foster growth together with its faculty and students.
In a comment from the appointee, the candidate expressed an intention to apply overseas experience and experience in product planning to education and build a school that brings out the full potential of its students and faculty.
en Inc. has described its efforts to support the project's work addressing social issues, including promotion through the press release and dedicated website, as well as support for attracting applicants through job sites.
