SPK reviewed the compliance tasks under Fon Rehberi (Fund Guide) and extended the final compliance date for portfolios and investment restrictions to 31 January 2027. The phased compliance dates in October and November were withdrawn.
SPK published the latest compliance schedule for Fon Rehberi (Fund Guide), postponing full compliance with portfolio and investment restrictions until 31 January 2027. As a result, the previously established phased compliance deadlines were withdrawn.
It was stated that exemptions applicable to cash and stock-market-related transactions by public institutions and related bodies would be removed, while retaining provisions within the equivalent scope of III-52.1. Corresponding adjustments were made to the treatment of compliance under Article 4.3.
In light of recent market developments, the previous phased deadlines for compliance under Article 4.3, 31 October 2026 and 30 November 2026, were withdrawn, and the final date for full compliance was set as 31 January 2027.
With this revision, SPK indicated a policy of better integrating fund operating rules and the compliance process.
