Telkom Indonesia President Dian Siswarini changed from Dian Siswarini to Nanang Hendarno after approximately 16 months and 3 days in office. Nanang Hendarno became the new president, and director appointments were also made effective the same day.
Telkom Indonesia's (TLKM) extraordinary general meeting (GMS/RUPSLB) decided that the presidency, held by Dian Siswarini for approximately 16 months and 3 days, would change from Dian Siswarini to Nanang Hendarno effective 30 September 2026. The company said the personnel change would not have a material impact on its business operations, legal affairs or financial activities.
Nanang Hendarno has served as Telkom's director responsible for network operations, while Dian Siswarini joined Telkom after previously serving as president and CEO of PT XL Axiata. Along with the change in president, some director positions were also changed, including the network director position, which changed from Nanang Hendarno to Budi Satria Dharma Purba, and the director responsible for IT and digital operations, which changed from the former officeholder to Faizal R. Djoemadi as part of a reorganisation of responsibilities.
TLKM's results for the first half of 2026 were reported as consolidated revenue of 75.9 trillion rupiah, net income of 10.6 trillion rupiah, EBITDA of 37.5 trillion rupiah and an EBITDA margin of 49.4%, supported by the expansion of digital infrastructure and the strengthening of its mobile business. Telkomsel holds approximately 237.2 million GOTO shares, reportedly acquired for approximately 6.40 trillion rupiah. Meanwhile, following the decline in GOTO's share price, the market value of Telkomsel's holding fell to approximately 878 billion rupiah, leaving a difference of approximately 5.53 trillion rupiah between the original acquisition value and market value, equivalent to a decline of approximately 86.3%.
