In addition to presenting job-offer certificates, the event included a message from the representative, a social luncheon and a networking session attended by employees ranging from first-year staff to managers.
The company began as a housing sales company based in Matsubara, Osaka, and has since expanded its business into property brokerage, housing development, remodeling, the purchase and resale of pre-owned homes, and the construction and sale of condominiums and apartments. The representative emphasized the importance of responding to changes in the times, continuing to take on challenges and the role of human resources.
After the ceremony, a social luncheon was held with the representative and directors. It gave management and the job offer recipients an opportunity to speak directly and gain a closer sense of the company’s direction.
