明光キャリアパートナーズ has been selected as the contractor for Gunma Prefecture's Japanese-language training program for technical intern trainees and others in the nursing care sector, and will provide free training combining online learning and learning management through Japany.
Gunma Prefecture announced a commissioned program to provide Japanese-language training for technical intern trainees and foreign workers with Specified Skilled Worker status in the nursing care sector, selecting 明光キャリアパートナーズ as the contractor. The training will be provided for workers at nursing care facilities in Gunma Prefecture.
The training will use a hybrid format combining online live lessons with Japany, the company's proprietary Japanese e-learning platform. The program will be offered free of charge and is expected to have a capacity of 100 participants.
The program is scheduled to run from October 2026 to March 2027, combining 16 live lessons, including one online class per week, with self-directed learning. Instruction will be provided in a native Japanese-language environment, with a support structure established to help participants continue working.
Japany's features include extensive video content, multilingual support, visualisation of learning progress and a learning management dashboard.
