Nanto Bank has announced an overview of Nanto Biz (ナントビズ), a digital service for corporate customers being jointly developed with IBM Japan and a subsidiary of Money Forward. The service will incorporate corporate internet banking functionality into the corporate portal, with the aim of improving convenience.
Some functions of the service are scheduled to launch between September 2027 and March 2028. Alongside stronger face-to-face sales operations, the service is intended to improve digital convenience, deepen customer understanding and lead to more appropriate proposals. At present, functions such as invoice management and corporate internet banking are spread across multiple systems, and Nanto Biz is intended to improve operational efficiency by integrating them.
Nanto Biz will enable users to carry out procedures such as checking bank account balances and approving transfers on a smartphone. Phase 1 will launch in the second half of the fiscal year, followed by the addition of functions in Phase 2 for various notifications, such as requests for balance certificates, and account opening. Functions will be expanded sequentially.
