Gunma Bank and ぐんま地域共創パートナーズ held a ceremony in Takasaki on the 2nd to mark the 5th anniversary of the subsidiary's establishment. Established in December 2020, the subsidiary has pursued investments aimed at supporting business succession at local companies and revitalizing the region.
The funds currently under management total ¥10 billion. Gunma Bank President F深井彰彦 (深井彰彦) said the bank aims to help local companies resolve management challenges by providing not only loans but also human resources and expertise.
ぐんま地域共創パートナーズ has worked to revitalize the region by launching a fund with 佐田建設 to support local construction companies, as well as restoring an inn that had been closed in Ikaho Onsen and converting it into a dining and retail facility.
The company plans to continue taking on challenges with local business owners by drawing on the full strength of the Gunma Bank Group.
