BIPROGY added a document distribution function to eBuyerBrains Plus and began offering it on 1 October 2026. It was developed as a dedicated option in response to NTN's request and will subsequently be sold as a standard feature.
BIPROGY has added a document distribution function to its supplier collaboration platform, eBuyerBrains Plus, and begun offering it. The dedicated option previously provided to NTN in response to its request is being expanded for general sale.
The function was introduced to strengthen information sharing across the supply chain on human rights, the environment and local communities, against the backdrop of sustainability initiatives such as the SDGs and ESG.
The document distribution function enables the distribution of documents to suppliers, tracking of receipt status and management of distribution histories. It is intended for distributing policies, specifications, quality requirements documents and other materials.
The function provides version control through operations such as revision, disposal and freezing, allowing users to always refer to the latest versions of distributed documents.
