オタフクソース has launched its first retort-food series made with "mycoprotein," "比叡のお山."
The series is being developed, manufactured and quality-controlled by お多福醸造 and sold by オタフクソース, with the aim of strengthening Japanese-food branding incorporating next-generation proteins. It is supervised by 延暦寺会館 and being rolled out with planning support from 辰元.
The launch date is 26 September, and the product lineup comprises 4 items: "比叡のお山 カレー," "比叡のお山 そぼろ味噌," "比叡のお山 麻婆豆腐" and "比叡のお山 あんかけ."
