It plans to initially acquire approximately 70% of the shares and make the company a wholly owned subsidiary by July 2031. The acquisition price has not been disclosed.
Established in 2006, シグマコンサルティング has strengths in designing CRM systems using customer data and in digital marketing. For the fiscal year ended February 2026, its standalone net sales were ¥417 million and net income was ¥58 million.
Through the acquisition, Takara Standard had set out a medium-term management plan to enhance its service offerings through digital transformation and increase sales in the remodeling business by growing its repeat customer base, but it expects the impact on consolidated results for the fiscal year ending March 2027 to be minor.
The acquisition price has not been disclosed, and the company is targeting July 2031 for the completion of the acquisition of all remaining shares.
