Elmo and other Sesame Street characters will appear as prize items in the form of plush hair clips. They are scheduled to become available at amusement facilities nationwide from late May 2026.
From late May 2026, plush toys with hair clips provided by SK Japan are scheduled to be released as prize items at amusement facilities nationwide.
The lineup consists of 5 types: Elmo, Cookie Monster, Big Bird, Oscar and Abby. Each is approximately 6 cm tall and features a three-dimensional plush design, with its soft texture highlighted as a feature.
In addition to securing bangs, the clips can be attached to bag handles or straps and used as “favorite-character charms,” or as bookmarks in planners. As the products are prize-only items, they will not be sold in stores and can be obtained through crane games and other attractions at game arcades and amusement facilities nationwide. Release timing varies by location, so customers should check the information provided by their usual venue.
