At around 3:05 p.m. on the 8th, an employee found a man lying unconscious with his head caught in a machine part under manufacture at NIPPON CHUZO K.K.'s plant in Shiraishichō, Kawasaki Ward, Kawasaki City.
The man was taken to a hospital, where he was confirmed dead.
