ジェイフロンティア’s online medical consultation app SOKUYAKU has implemented login and member registration using Rakuten ID and will launch a campaign offering Rakuten Points to Rakuten members when they register and join the premium service.
SOKUYAKU, the online medical consultation and medication guidance app operated by ジェイフロンティア, has completed implementation of login and member registration using Rakuten ID, the Rakuten Group’s ID service. From 29 September 2026, Rakuten members will be able to use SOKUYAKU without the need to enter their existing ID details, marking the start of services linked to Rakuten ID.
The integration forms part of a strategy to bring Rakuten’s more than 100 million-member base onto the SOKUYAKU platform, and follows the comprehensive business partnership ジェイフロンティア concluded with Rakuten in August. The initiative is positioned as an expansion of measures that include integration with “Yukkuri Takuhai,” a prescription medicine delivery service, and is progressing amid the spread of healthcare DX and intensifying platform competition.
Under the specific points terms, new member registration earns 100 points, while joining the paid “SOKUYAKU Premium” membership earns 50 points for the monthly plan or 500 points for the annual plan. During the campaign period from 29 September to 30 November 2026, users will receive double the usual number of points. The limited-time points can be used with Rakuten services and participating stores.
SOKUYAKU enables users to complete the process from consultation through medication guidance and receipt of medicines by smartphone, and has established a system capable of delivery on the same day at the earliest. Through Rakuten ID integration, the company aims to expand access to Rakuten members as potential customers and make online medical consultations a more familiar everyday healthcare option.
