NINAITE, based in Sapporo, Hokkaido, has been certified under the IPO support course for Sapporo Future-Leading Companies, and received its certificate on 26 October 2026. Its representative presented the company’s business at the SAPPORO NEXT LEADING Summit that afternoon.
Under the Sapporo Future-Leading Companies Creation Program implemented by the City of Sapporo, NINAITE was certified as a SAPPORO NEXT LEADING company (IPO support course) and received its certificate at the mayor’s office on the morning of 26 October 2026. That afternoon, the company’s representative gave a pitch on its business.
The certification was granted under a program through which the City of Sapporo selects small and medium-sized enterprises expected to drive the future economy and supports them with the aim of increasing value added and assisting with their IPOs. NINAITE was one of 6 companies additionally certified in August 2026.
The decline in Japan’s working-age population has been identified as an industrial challenge, and NINAITE’s policy is to address the shortage of workers in blue-collar fields through the employment of foreign nationals. The certification is positioned in this context.
Since 2019, NINAITE has recruited and supported Specified Skilled Worker foreign nationals, primarily in Hokkaido. Approximately 5,000 foreign workers are registered, and the company has supported employment for a cumulative total of 1,521 people. In April 2026, it was selected as the operator responsible for implementing and managing the City of Sapporo’s support program for accepting and retaining foreign workers.
