Without star players or foreign players, the team will compete through aggressive defense and fast breaks. As a signature conditioning exercise supporting its work rate, the team conducts the “Tosu Run,” with players continuing demanding running drills.
The specific training includes 3 800-meter runs and 8 400-meter runs, for a total of approximately 5 km, completed at target times. A system has been introduced under which players check their heart rates on tablets and decide whether to participate in the next drill based on their recovery status.
