VideoStep, a video manual creation and management service, has opened a Nagoya office inside STATION Ai to support workforce development at manufacturing sites in the Tokai region.
VideoStep社, which provides the video manual creation and management service VideoStep, has opened a Nagoya office at STATION Ai as a base for supporting workforce development and technical skills transfer at manufacturing sites in the Tokai region. The new office is intended to strengthen support for customers in the region and provide closer assistance from implementation through adoption and established use.
The company cited the concentration of manufacturing businesses, particularly automobile and auto parts manufacturers, in the Tokai region, centered on Aichi Prefecture, and growing demand for on-site training, technical skills transfer and operational standardization as the background to the office opening. VideoStep plans to turn on-site know-how into video content and build it into a corporate asset, while supporting operational design and continued use at the workplace.
By locating at STATION Ai, an open-innovation hub that promotes co-creation with companies, universities and local governments, the company aims to expand opportunities for interaction and collaboration with companies and startups in the Tokai region. VideoStep intends to use this network to propose video-based solutions and promote new initiatives.
The new office is named "株式会社VideoStep Nagoya Office" and opened on 1 September 2026. Its address is inside STATION Ai, and its activities consist of sales in the Tokai region and support for the implementation and use of VideoStep. VideoStep itself is described as a DX tool for manuals that enables video creation, management and sharing in one place.
