JVC Kenwood Public & Industrial Systems announced that it will launch the PE-W71 portable wireless amplifier under the Victor brand. In addition to its built-in single-channel wireless tuner, the unit can connect up to 2 wireless microphones when the optional WT-UD87 is installed. It is intended for use at events featuring multiple speakers.
By installing the PE-BT70 Bluetooth unit, sold separately, the unit can play audio wirelessly from smartphones, PCs and other devices. It supports AC 100V power, a nickel-metal hydride rechargeable battery and C-size dry-cell batteries, providing flexibility for transportation and installation.
