パンハウス, founded at the University of Tokyo Matsuo Laboratory, and strategy consulting firm ZeNo Consulting have announced a collaboration and established a framework to provide end-to-end support, from formulating AI strategies through implementation and adoption in the workplace.
パンハウス and ZeNo Consulting have launched a collaboration to provide companies with end-to-end support for generative AI adoption, from developing management strategies and transforming business processes through proof-of-concept development, AI solution and AI agent development, and adoption in the workplace. The companies aim to go beyond simply introducing AI by identifying management and operational challenges, turning solutions into systems used in the workplace, and linking them to results.
The collaboration is based in part on an analysis of the current situation citing the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications’ White Paper on Information and Communications. Although 86.4% of Japanese companies use generative AI for some operations, just under 30% have yet to achieve organization-wide business transformation. The analysis identifies obstacles including determining where AI can be applied, moving into production, security and data integration.
The companies’ roles are to combine their respective expertise and provide support as a single team, from conceptualization through implementation. Their approach is characterized by translating strategies into AI implementations that are used in the workplace, rather than stopping at strategy development.
As an initial service, the companies conduct an “AI Utilization Assessment.” They organize the company’s management and business challenges, current business workflows, AI adoption status, existing systems, data and security constraints, and, where possible, present an image of potential applications or a simple mockup on the spot. In as little as approximately 5 hours, they organize and propose initial hypotheses, use cases, implementation steps and an indicative ROI.
