合同会社WISDOM announced the launch of “EQ Training × Voice EQ Measurement,” a corporate service combining practical emotional intelligence (EQ) development with voice analysis-based state measurement through a business partnership with CHANGE and PST株式会社. The service combines an EQ development method centered on empathy with measurement capabilities using a voice EQ empathy analysis algorithm. It will become available on 2 October 2026.
The service is based on the need to strengthen relationships between people and organizations in the age of AI, and on the recognition that the ability to foster collaboration and trust with others affects organizational performance even as AI advances.
