An online seminar titled “Mandatory customer harassment measures from October 2026: Measures that work on the frontline” is scheduled to be held jointly by Mobilus Corporation and Me-Rise on 30 September 2026 (Wednesday). The seminar will introduce key points of the legal amendments, specific examples of frontline operations, and AI-based implementation.
An online seminar will be held from 12:00 to 13:00 on 30 September 2026 (Wednesday). Against the backdrop of mandatory customer harassment measures in customer support operations, the seminar will explain specific points for putting into practice the distinction between legitimate complaints and customer harassment, the scope of operator responses, when supervisors should intervene, and record-keeping and reporting.
The seminar will introduce key points of the amendments and measures required to operate contact centers, along with examples of AI implementation in the field, including identifying signs of customer harassment during calls and alerting supervisors through the AI operations support tool “MooA CommNavi,” as well as reviewing and recording the basis for determinations after calls end.
The event is jointly hosted by Mobilus Corporation and Me-Rise, and the speakers include representatives of Mobilus and Me-Rise. Applications can be submitted through the official website, which also states that applications from some companies may be declined.
The seminar aims to provide a concrete first step toward putting legal compliance into practice, and proposes building systems to protect operators through AI implementation in frontline operations.
