SRSホールディングス, which converted Kyotaru into a subsidiary effective 1 September 2026, announced plans to expand the locations accepting its shareholder benefit coupons. Misaki Kaiten Sushi and Kyotaru will newly be added to the locations where the coupons can be used.
The expansion will apply from the shareholder benefit coupons issued in mid-December to shareholders listed or recorded in the shareholder registry as of the end of September 2026. The company explained that the aim is to expand opportunities for shareholder returns across its mainly urban store network.
The newly eligible locations include Misaki Kaiten Sushi and Kyotaru, and the coupons are also expected to become usable at other brands operated by Kyotaru. Locations that previously accepted the coupons will remain eligible.
SRS Group grants shareholder benefit coupons to shareholders holding 100 or more shares, based on the shareholder registry as of the end of March and September each year. The value of the coupons is determined by the number of shares held.
