The AX Leaders Program for managers, which uses a method developed through joint research with Ritsumeikan University to put tacit knowledge into words through collaboration with AI and link generative AI to organisational transformation, will begin on 14 September.
パソナデータ&デザイン will launch the AX (AI Transformation) Leaders Program, a talent development program designed to promote organisational transformation in the age of AI, using insights from joint research with Ritsumeikan University on two-way knowledge transfer between people and generative AI. The research places particular importance on conveying tacit knowledge, such as decision-making criteria and business context, to AI, and on the process by which people evaluate and interpret AI-generated output.
Targeting managers, business unit heads and others, the program will develop participants’ ability not only to operate generative AI but also to articulate their own organisation’s decision-making criteria and business context and convey them to AI. It will support the formulation and implementation of specific policies for using AI within organisations.
The program will be held in 2 sessions: ①14 September–19 December 2026 and ②8 January–27 March 2027. Capacity is 15 participants. The fee is ¥990,000 per participant, including tax and residential training costs.
The course will focus on a change-oriented mindset and problem-solving capabilities for the AI era, methods of using AI and the core principles of collaboration between people and AI, and improved presence and leadership. Participants will interact with people from different industries and organisations while developing the ability to advance AX plans.
