NAKANISHI MFG. CO.,LTD. will exhibit at Food System Solution (F-SYS) 2026, where it will give the first public showing of its new continuous-kettle cooking robot, the 9-unit model. A live demonstration using the actual machine and food samples are scheduled to be provided at the venue.
NAKANISHI MFG. CO.,LTD. will exhibit at F-SYS 2026, to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from 11 to 13 November 2026. The booth number is W-07, and the purpose of the exhibition is to propose solutions to challenges at school lunch and high-volume food preparation sites.
The company will give the first public showing at the venue of the 9-unit model, a new version of its continuous-kettle cooking robot currently under development. Through a live cooking demonstration using the actual machine and samples of twice-cooked pork, the company will highlight solutions to labour shortages and improved operating efficiency.
The continuous-kettle cooking robot is designed to complete heating, stirring, portioning into containers, transport and cleaning in a single unit. By carrying out the initial processes on a class-by-class basis, it eliminates weighing and portioning work and reduces labour requirements. Safety and consistently high quality are also cited as features.
The continuous-kettle cooking robot (9-unit model) is designed for 1 class, or up to 40 people and approximately 10 kg. Cooking times are approximately 10–20 minutes for simmered dishes and 5–10 minutes for stir-fried dishes, with a processing capacity of 120–150 people per hour per unit.
