Atlas Technologies announced an upward revision to its earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2026, raising its year-end dividend to ¥7 and carrying out the purchase and cancellation of treasury shares. The company is considering introducing a progressive dividend policy and a dividend standard of at least 3% DOE.
At a board meeting held on 14 August 2026, Atlas Technologies revised upward its full-year consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2026. Revenue is broadly tracking the initial assumptions, and the revision reflects first-half results to date.
At the same time, the company outlined plans to expand shareholder returns by revising its year-end dividend forecast to ¥7, its first dividend, and carrying out the purchase and cancellation of treasury shares. It also said it aims to return profits over the medium to long term by introducing a progressive dividend policy and setting a dividend standard of at least 3% DOE.
The purchase and cancellation of treasury shares will advance flexible shareholder returns as part of the company’s capital strategy. Earnings per share is expected to reach ¥9.6, or 178% of the initial forecast.
The company said it will continue to pursue higher earnings and expanded shareholder returns, with the aim of providing stable dividends and enhancing shareholder value.
