Net proceeds from the issuance and exercise of the warrants are estimated at ¥4.303235 billion. The funds are expected to be used for the manufacture and launch of satellites to expand the optical satellite constellation, and the maximum dilution rate relative to the total number of shares outstanding will be 24.76%.
