Nihon M&A Center Holdings announced that it had entered into a strategic business alliance agreement with U.S.-based Generational Group. The two companies will collaborate in M&A advisory services for the North American middle market, with the aim of creating opportunities for cross-border transactions.
Generational Group is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, was established in 2004, and provides M&A advisory, growth strategy consulting, and wealth advisory services. It has completed more than 1,800 transactions to date and has ranked highly in LSEG league tables. In 2024 and 2025, it was named Investment Banking Firm of the Year by The M&A Advisor.
The Nihon M&A Center Group has expanded its network into 5 major ASEAN countries and strengthened its collaboration with local companies and accounting firms.
