CAPITAL ASSET PLANNING, INC. announced its consolidated results for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending September 2026 (October 2025 to June 2026). Revenue rose 13.7% year on year to ¥8.022 billion, while operating profit increased 14.1-fold to ¥751 million. Ordinary profit was ¥749 million, and quarterly net profit attributable to owners of the parent was ¥473 million, both representing substantial increases.
The results benefited from the rebuilding of sales support systems for life insurance companies, the design and development of application-form systems for new third-sector insurance products, and the acquisition of consulting engagements from foreign-affiliated life insurers. Revenue from contracted development rose 13.6% year on year to ¥7.564 billion, while higher cloud service revenue also contributed. Although labor and outsourcing costs pushed cost of sales up 8.1%, selling, general and administrative expenses rose only 6.8%, improving the operating margin from 4.4% to 9.4%.
The full-year forecasts for the fiscal year ending September 2026 have been revised upward, with revenue projected at ¥10.600 billion, operating profit at ¥830 million, ordinary profit at ¥835 million and net profit attributable to owners of the parent at ¥530 million, with each figure higher than the previous forecast. The year-end dividend is planned at ¥15.50, an increase of ¥5 from the previously announced amount, bringing the annual dividend to ¥26.00.
