MIRAIT ONE Corporation is working with NTT TechnoCross to introduce on-site digital transformation at 35 locations in the Kanto region. The initiative aims to improve operating efficiency by enabling on-site data entry and reporting to be completed at the worksite and by using an AI-powered manual search function.
MIRAIT ONE Corporation has begun working with NTT TechnoCross to promote digital transformation at worksites supporting NTT-related telecommunications infrastructure. As the first initiative, an on-site DX solution will be introduced at 35 locations across the Kanto region.
The companies began jointly developing a solution in October 2025 to complete on-site work processes at the worksite itself. Following trials, they confirmed an approximately 20% reduction in operating costs through shorter operating hours and more efficient data entry and search, and decided to proceed with full-scale implementation. The solution enables forms to be digitized, photographs attached, and reports prepared and submitted on tablets at the worksite, reducing duplicate data entry.
The solution includes an AI-powered manual search function that extracts required information from extensive manuals and procedural documents and presents summaries and diagrams of relevant documents in response to voice or text questions. It is intended to reduce the time spent responding to inquiries from worksites and support training and the transfer of technical knowledge to less-experienced workers.
After full-scale implementation, MIRAIT ONE Corporation will collect and analyze operational data from within the MIRAIT ONE Corporation Group and improve workflows and functions based on feedback from worksites. Following the start of full-scale use in October 2026, the company will consider expanding the solution horizontally and selling it to external customers. A demonstration is also scheduled for CEATEC 2026.
