Tokyo Electron announced that it had been selected as a constituent of the MSCI Selection Indexes, one of the world's best-known ESG indexes. The index, compiled by MSCI, selects companies with strong ESG initiatives in each industry. As a result, TEL's inclusion in the index was confirmed.
TEL has already continued to be selected for the MSCI Japan ESG Select Leaders Index, MSCI Japan ESG Select Leaders Index and MSCI Japan Empowering Women Index (WIN), which are Japanese ESG indexes. The latest constituent selection once again demonstrated its relationship with this group of indexes.
