Applications are open for Round 4 of Career Redesign Fukuoka, a career planning support program for working women promoted by Fukuoka Prefecture. The in-person session will be held on 21 January, with capacity for 30 participants. Participation is free, and applications close at noon on 30 November.
This program supports working women in designing a way of working that suits them as their life stages change. It combines self-analysis seminars, individual meetings with career concierges and draft sessions with companies to help participants move into employment. Participants have the opportunity to put their strengths into words, create a career plan and engage directly with companies.
Round 4 will include in-person events, with dedicated career concierges providing ongoing support for participants' career challenges. Registration with the prefecture's Moms and Women's Employment Support Center is required, and capacity is 30 participants per session.
The opening session will be held on Thursday, 21 January, and participation is free. Applicants must be registered with a designated Fukuoka Prefecture center. Applications for Round 4 close at noon on 30 November. Details and applications are available on the official website.
