The new "Qualification Management Cockpit" feature has been added to the Skill Navi skills management system, allowing routine operations in the workplace to be used directly as evidence for ISO audits.
株式会社ワン・オー・ワン, provider of Skill Navi, announced the launch of the new "Qualification Management Cockpit" feature. Qualification status, gaps and acquisition plans can be managed on a single screen, reducing the workload involved in preparing audit trails previously required for ISO and other audits.
The background includes the revision of the international ISO 9001 standard in 2026, with many companies reviewing and developing evidence of competency management ahead of the transition deadline of 30 September 2029. A system is needed that accommodates qualification formats differing by workplace and links routine operations directly to audit evidence.
Qualification Management Cockpit allows users to review qualification holdings, gaps and acquisition plans on a single screen, making it easier to check and enter qualification information. Routine operating records are accumulated as audit evidence, with the aim of reducing the work required to prepare materials before an audit.
The same data can also be flexibly output in competency management formats that differ by company and department, as well as evidence formats for different types of audits. The company emphasizes that this can generally be handled without additional development.
