Beaglee Inc. has begun early distribution of the Planetary Heir spin-off “Planetary Heir: Dark Knight Arc” on the Manga Kingdom comic platform. The full-scale SF action prequel is being released alongside a launch fair.
The story is set on the planet Reda, where night arrives only once every 12 years. The fates of Nick, an amnesiac young man, Iona, a junk dealer, and Ambrow, a bounty hunter, intersect amid a conspiracy surrounding the planet Reda. Manga Kingdom plans to release the latest chapter on the 25th of every month.
The author, Toda Naonobu (戸田尚伸), spoke of the joy of redrawing the world in a new chapter and forcefully expressed his desire to draw readers into the world of the work. The fair will offer extended free previews of the original series and a discount campaign.
