CAC Holdings has systematized its Azure implementation support service to provide end-to-end support from concept definition through design, implementation, migration and operations, with the service scheduled to launch on 30 September 2026. Under a single point of contact, it will combine the required areas of expertise to support customers and standardize and automate the process from the concept stage through operations.
CAC Holdings has moved away from providing Azure support on an individual basis and systematized it as an “Azure implementation support service” that customers can select and combine according to their requirements, with the service scheduled to launch on 30 September 2026. The company said it has established a structure providing end-to-end support from concept development and requirements definition through design, implementation, migration, operations and maintenance.
Under the new service, CAC Holdings will serve as the single point of contact and combine the areas of expertise required to support customers based on their challenges. The service also supports the standardization and automation of Azure environment build and change processes using IaC (Infrastructure as Code) and CI/CD.
The stated aim is to eliminate the difficulty of understanding the scope of support and how it is delivered under the previous model of individual support. The company explained that it had restructured its organization to address issues including uncertainty over implementation procedures, concerns about operations and costs, and how to ensure security and governance.
This announcement was reported by Dellows News and conveys the key points of CAC’s official release. The publication of operating results and specific examples of application is awaited.
